The Beginning of My Journey Suffolk County Farm & Educational Center Cornell Cooperative Extension

About 2 weeks ago I visited a friend and an amazing farm that she runs for Suffolk County Long Island. We watched the land, pet the the farm animals and discussed my future of holding workout and nutrition classes along this the idea of learning and promoting organic gardening, and sustainable energy and products.

Vanessa is a dear friend and we have been traveling the health journey in parallel for a while each teaching the other and lifting each other up. We workout together, gone to amazing health events and want to share what we learned with others. This place is my opportunity to expand my knowledge and teaching.

So this is were I can dream big have workouts around organic gardens, gather people for cooking classes and and meeting on eating clean, intermittent fasting self care and healthy habits. Very excited
