I wanted to share a success story today, my client Al ThreeD’Three started working out with me several years ago so he could reach his goal weight to get back to dancing. Happy motivation Monday friends! I wanted to share the progress of my friend Al ThreeD'Three. He started working with me several years ago and his transformation is truly incredible. Al has worked so hard with me, working out effectively, eating clean and striving for a better, healthier life. He was 396lbs when we began and a few months ago he was 188lbs! He lost 208lbs!!! It just shows if you have a dream then you can achieve it.
