Each Week I will post questions that I was asked and can share with you all, this is the first Q&A So feel free to comment, ask questions, and pick my brain and learn from others. The sooner you understand this is not a diet it is a healthy lifestyle that you can lose, lean up and stregthen your body, head and soul

This are questions that came up this week.

Do I drink protein shakes/smoothies or other protein supplements? It is true that I have a high protein diet but almost equally I eat as many fruits and veggies as possible while watching my carbs. I only drink real food smoothies, frozen fruit and veggies, cacao, peanut butter, nuts. Never powders.

Peanut Butter Banana, Cacao, Ice, Water and a pinch of Coconut

Do I count calories? Only on my fast days and that I have to make simple. I never liked having to count calories and there is absolutely no reason to do so if you stick to the plan.

Do I eat low cal or low fat products? No my logic is less produced foods are worth the extra calories for me. I am not worried about calories I’m concerned about the chemicals in my food.

Do I eat Organic? Yes as much as possible, there are certain fruits and veggies I WILL NOT BUY unless organic, small fruits and veggies seem to have a higher concentrate of chemical in them like strawberries, berries, green beans etc.

Do I do cardio? Yes at least 3 times a day when I workout for an hour approx. 20 mins of that time is cardio. I found that working out 3 days a week for an hour along with the fast and good food choices was my fitness trifecta. The fitness trifecta is the correct combination of healthy food, fast and workout for each person.
