Thursdays Food Thread: Misfits Market & Plant Based Recipes

A client saw my chips and salsa for breakfast and was a bit confused, I explained as plant based “what is breakfast?”? I see it as I eat clean, organic and minimally processed in an 8 hour window the foods and I eat what I like. Making real food smoothies as wanted and enjoying my food choices. Remember its not a diet its a lifestyle change and even a movement.

Here is some more of what I’ve been making this week! I always experiment. I typical quickly read the recipe online and adopt it to what we like and what we have in the house.
