Fridays are the day to “weigh-in” Reevaluate goals and set new ones. Its nearing a year since the spark of teaching others what I was learning about food, fitness and making healthy habits happened. I am honored to have so many amazing people in my life in the last year, I learned from them and hopefully they learned something from me.


Listening to two of my clients while working out this morning “I told my friends I try NOT to eat from boxes or packages.” ” My friend told me I’m so disciplined and I explained I treat myself when I want too” “I know this is not a diet its for the rest of my life” music to my ears…..




There really is no big mystery when people eat real food ingredients, cook more real food and move you will lean up and get healthier. Do you know that most of the rest of the world do not allow GMO’s in their country… Why? While we are a sick and fat country? Your in charge of your health!!! Change your Mindset!?
