Time to be Bold. Time to set up your Goals. Time to Stop Making Excuses. If I learned anything this weekend it is… If your quit you will NEVER succeed but if your work on yourself daily you are changing your future. Changing your food choices or being mindful, you WILL find better health. Adding stretching and resistance training or any workout YOU like to stay active as we age WILL change your life. Adding intermittent fasting, learning how to eat clean along with other self care routines including meditation, affirmation, visualization, reading and writing in journal daily. Write down your goals, repeat them in your head each day and then go make shit happen! No more excuses

This weekend I was so out of my comfort zone. 3 days of reaching in and finding answers to understand my mind better to realize we are often our worst enemies. Listening to Doug Nelson on stage about his house fire/explosion after lighting a cigarette with a natural gas leak put my house fire in perspective, I just lost all our stuff. Life is about perspective
?
I met so many amazing people that I have a feeling we will be connecting on Facebook soon since a few guys took it upon themselves to send around a mailing list for a group, cant wait to reconnect. I met an amazing woman Carol from the last conference with Gary Vee headlining and we sat there discussing our recent changes to a healthier lifestyle, when I explained that I do she said she ways just starting intermittent fasting. Met up again at this conference plan, what a game changer.

When it was time to partner up again we choose someone new we had to bare some tough stuff and I said, “Leah just do it!” and I did and he did. We couldn’t have been any different from each other. We both started to talk about how thoughts can change and how it is mindset. Next I know we are comparing audibles on morning routines, and habits habit change.

I chatted with these two young guys 21 and 23 yrs old. In the crowd the handful your youngins stood out. They were asking who Tony Robbins and Richard Branson were. At the end one stood up after an exercise of letting go and said ” I am going to do something that i have been holding myself back” and he starts to sing one of my favorite song with the meaning of be a warrior, lets things go and strive for better. I sat there and tears ran down my face. I later told him that was a favorite of mine.

So set a goal, change your mindset, be creative, think out of the box, think about your health, move your body, pay it forward because tomorrow doesn’t really exist and not a guarantee.
