I always suggest to my clients to write down and describe their weekly goals and morning routine, I find this really helps them be clear on their goals. I check in with them at the end of the week to celebrate the successes they have had, keep them accountable and evaluate how to do even better next week. I suggest starting daily journals, food logs, affirmations, drawings and mindmaps.


If you have a 45% better chance to succeed by writing it down- why wouldn’t you! 10 minutes at the start of the week, or everyday, will set you up for a whole week of success. I say write it down and write it often.
