Tips to wake up early.
We need to wake up early and make time for yourself to learn, grow and become stronger physically and mentally. Writing your goals in your journal or practicing how to stay quiet are ways to become successful Waking up early is a character trait of successful people so I decided to try it. This has been a life changer!
Here’s some other tips to wake up early 1. Drink water quickly to wake you up 2. Jump into the shower and stretch
3. Brush your teeth first thing
4. Set an alarm across the room
5. Write think and/or say you are excited to wake at —— am and start a day of——!
