Tips Tuesday:
1. Don’t drink your calories and don’t be fooled by 5 cal drinks. We always look at calories first and if they have 5 cal we think it’s even better. But when you see trademarked ingredients you have to wonder if 5 cal really is better. Did you know the company Bai “antioxidant infusion” is owned by Snapple and Dr. Pepper???
2. How do you store coconut cream Warm the metal can of organic cream under the hot sink, pour into a glass jar and re-warm it each time shaking the jar coconut cream is good from 5 to 7 days in fridge
3. Spiced Organic Coffee won’t break your fast. I add organic cinnamon, cacao, vanilla powder to my black coffee in my reusable K-cup
4. Read the ingredients Reduce Sugar. Did you know there’s 75 names for sugar used in process food. Skip over the nutritional facts and go right to the ingredients did you know that from the first ingredient is the most down to the last.
5. Set timer on your phone to drink water and be prepared. Starting a new routine sometimes needs a reminder set your timer a few times during the day to remind you to drink .
