Most people start eating early into the day and continue into the evening, we spend the majority of the day eating! You do not need to eat immediately after you wake up.

The idea of intermittent fasting is to put your body into a state called ‘Ketosis’ where the body uses the fat on your body for energy instead of taking that energy from food. By using an Intermittent Fasting pattern you can start the Ketosis process in your fasting window, when there is no carbohydrate left to burn.

Eating Clean, Intermittent Fasting and Working out 3 times a week got me to my goal. Each week, month and year working on perfecting food choices, and healthy habits.
