My thoughts on Organic food, tips to meditate in the a.m. and the benefits of intermittent fasting from last months 30 day challenge for myself to make educational videos explaining my healthy habits.


Why I eat Organic Food?

We will pay for our health now or later, it may cost a bit more now but in the end I eat less because it has more nutrition, and eating plant based i cut my food bills by half.?Food is medicine, it will make you sick or strong. Start small start with your favorites.

Tips for Morning Meditation


Do? it first thing, eat the frog and get it out of the way. I also try to do the hardest thing first the day is easier for it./


Wake up early, 10 -30-60 mins to make time for self care

Intermittent fasting

I use and teach intermittent fasting to my clients and friends. It becomes a? tool to lose weight and stay health for the rest of your life. The two most used is the 16:8 and the 5:2. Both are easy to add into your daily routine and can become a great healthy routine
