Glider Workout: Low Impact & High Resistance Workout Your Home Gym
This quick video demonstrated 3 workouts that can be done at home. These are easy to modify so you can start where you are comfortable and build from there. Focused on your butt, quads, abs, shoulders. Squats, leg lifts and push-ups with gliders are a challenge. My clients are always a little shocked how tough they are to do. When I learned how to use gliders my trainer tore a piece of glossy cardboard threw them on the ground and said step on now glide…. I DID NOT glide still not graceful but great workout.
Stability Ball Workouts The stability ball should be called the instability ball but who would buy it if it was called that? The purpose of the ball is to test your balance and strength while making it uncomfortable, awkward and off balance. This is what makes the stability ball such an efficient workout. you need your whole body involved instead of just isolating one area
