The most common question I am asked is- what do you eat? I am 100% plant based and I try to drink as much water as possible throughout the day. I avoid processed foods of any kind as much as possible and opt for simple meals I can create at home with a handful of ingredients. I like to break my fast with a variety of things during intermittent fasting, not just ‘traditional’ breakfast foods. Here are some examples:
> Trail mix (mixed nuts, seeds, dried fruit and dark chocolate), black coffee & water
> Organic rice cake with peanut butter and mixed dried fruit & dark chocolate
> Bob’s Red Mill Granola (this is lemon & blueberry) with dried blueberries.
