I’m a ‘wellness coach’, but what does that mean exactly? I coach people on their overall health with focuses on nutrition, fitness and self care. If you want to start your wellness journey, ask yourself one question. Why? Why do you want to do it? You need to have the motivation and commitment to make your dreams happen. My goal: as I get older to remain fit and live the best life I can pain free. Covid has really reminded us of how precious life is, why wouldn’t you want to be living the best version of it you can?

Why do we exercise? Mobility, freedom, health and peace of mind! My goal is to live the best life I can, pain free and age whilst remaining fit. I want to go on new adventures, meet new people and see new things. Life is going to keep changing, Covid has taught us that! So let’s be mindful, look after our bodies and live our best lives.

> I work with a 96 year old man who is a US war veteran in a wheelchair with one leg. He wanted to maintain the ability to transfer from his wheelchair to his bed. Exercise has given him the mobility and freedom to be independent still.
