When we train our bodies, its like anything else with time and practice we only get better at it. When I started working out 4 years ago I couldn’t even do a push-up, but with practice and challenging yourself you can attain your goals.

Whole Body Workout with 3 modifications


For Beginners: Start on your toes, and fingertips, slowly inchworm yourself into a push-up position and hold, then slowly return to standing position.

For Intermediate: Start as the same as the beginner exercise but extend your hand further out to tap into your core, every muscle is being used to hold you up at this point.

For Advanced: Using your hands on the weighted ball slowly roll out balancing your weight on the ball, you can stop at push-up position or you can extend your arms out further for an extreme core workout
