Why should you have Morning Routine?

My morning routine really sets me up for the day ahead and gives me the time to focus on myself without distraction or guilt.

Some time ago I began to listen to books on productivity, time management and learning to change habits. I wanted to use all that I had learnt to teach my clients and friends about the best ways to keep fit, lose weight and find a healthier lifestyle like I had. When I found ‘The Miracle Morning’ by Hal Elrod, everything made even more sense and I designed my own morning routine which I’ve used ever since. So here’s how I start my day- wake up early, stretch, meditate, do my affirmations, visualization of my day, write in my journal and sing my theme song. I also take this time to make sure I start hydrating for the day so I can meet my water intake.
