Ab Workout With Resistance Bands
Love using my resistance band whenever possible to add to my workouts, slide it above your knee and cross your foot over, you can lay a 5lb weight on your belly.? I do 3 sets of 8 slowly with a set of pulsing at the end, even slower then in the video. Each time holding with intention and squeezing the abs.
Cardio 3 Sets Jacks, Crunches, Plank, & Wall Sits
Start with 20 jumping jacks, move onto 20 crunches. Be sure to tighten your abs while doing crunches, and don?t pull on your neck. Turn over and do a plank butt down One leg up for count of 8 then the second line for the count of 8. Wall sit and count to 20. Repeat the circuit for 3 sets
