Workout Wednesday: What's Your Fitness Goals For December? And 2021?

The day before Thanksgiving, a day to give thanks for family and for what we have. This year for so many our worlds have changed quickly. Now we grab our keys, wallet and facemask as we head out the door. Life has changed quite a bit for many. Our Health, Head, Body and Spirit needs to be strong, fit and well.
What Are Your Fitness Goals for December? And 2021?
Even though it’s late November I am starting to evaluate my fitness goals for 2021. My goals for 2021 is to explore more types of workouts and return to some of my favorites, kickboxing & pole dancing. I set up my space with the kickboxing bag I found on the side of the road years ago.
I brushed off the trampoline and will be taking classes to continue my education as a personal trainer and health coach. Writing my goals here to keep myself accountable In the next year I will be learning and brushing up on kickboxing, trampoline, vibration plate, new resistance and balance exercises. I will continue to learn more yoga and pole dancing.

Each Wednesday I will post a work out from the week off my zoom channel. Check in the comments for it. Low impact simple, resistance training for all ages levels and injuries. We can all get stronger, more flexible and better balance with each year. 2021 is near and it’s time to refocus, get stronger, leaner and fit for the new year. I train others 2 times a day on Zoom in groups and train others 1 on 1 in their home and on Zoom. Each week I am looking to learn more about resistance workouts, how to use the Bosu Ball, Bands and other small gym equipment more efficiently so I can show other.
