The last few days I?ve heard the words, ?I was bad? and ?I cheated? from my clients. We are so quick to judge ourselves poorly but often don?t take a second to see the positive change that have already been made.
You can only ?be bad? or ?cheat? on a diet. Every day you wake is a chance to do it different and improve yourself. Changing your eating habits , self care and being active are all healthy lifestyle changes that will stay with you for the rest of your life if you change your mindset.
How do you change your mindset? Set one healthy goal for yourself this week. Make time for you, stretch, learn something new, listen to headspace, pay it forward, workout, be gentle with yourself
