Saturday Stretch


Today I focus on getting out and staying out of pain. Came across an old video that I posted about a year ago on Youtube since someone today posted a comment and it notified me. Consistency is the key with everything. A year ago I began to share my workout videos and massage roller exercises.

Every Saturday I'm going to add stretches in my morning message, that I do for myself and with my clients on our zoom workouts.

I have added new Zoom classes to include massage roller and vibration plate classes.

My goals for the new week so far:

Continuing to add new workouts and focusing on butt and abs for myself and clients. Stretch and meditate 2x consistently each day.


Drink MORE water this week

Many of my clients set themselves a 30 day challenge I have been doing this for myself for close to a year and some months better than others, but I've added new habits and routines and helped others do the same by intentionally doing a 30 day challenge for myself.
