Zoom Saturday Stretch: New Massage Rumble Roller & Vibration Plate Workout

Listening to my clients requests I started a massage roller & vibration plate workout. I created a class based on what I do each morning during my Morning Routine. One of my goals is to fine tune my Morning Routine and be more intentional. My morning routine include popping out of bed at 3-3:30 am, being media free til 5, Shower, Coffee Water, Sing my Theme Song, 10 Mins on Vibration plate 10, on Massage Roller, 20 min Meditation, Affirmation, Vision, Mission out loud, 1 page in a journal, read at least 1 page in a book get ready for class for 5 or 7 am

I'm excited to offering this class and considering to just offer it daily since I intend to be consistent with it and it would keep me accountable.


I use a RumbleRoller Massage Roller and LifePro Vibration Plate For my Stretching and Workouts.
