Selfcare Sunday: Family Time, Prep and Decluttering

Sundays I am mindful to declutter, get organized and prepped for the week. Being mindful of less tech more family, less running more replenishing, it’s a day of learning something new and enjoying the moments.


Declutter: 1% better in each room and simply the space. I’m intrigued with living simple and a minimalist mind. When I first heard the concept it aligns with eating clean. And now I Declutter with the thought of selling everything I want and starting differently.

Learn something new: while working around the house, I listen to YouTube videos, articles, podcasts and audible. I’m currently listening to 15 secrets of task management and the miracle morning by Hal Elrod.

Family Time: Getting out in the sunshine and do some fall clean up with my son, then some quality time together for dinner and kitten time

Prep Time: On Sundays I prepped a few favorites for the week to make it easy to grab. Now that I’m only cooking for myself plant-based I intend to make it even more simple.

So how are you getting ready for this coming week? What’s your 1% better for yourself and your family? Small changes make big results, being mindful and trying every day is key
