SIMPLY SUM IT UP
TECH DETOX
I still pick up my phone and scroll around in the first minutes I wake up... My goal is to have the break this habit this week. We all say we don't have time to workout, read more books, spend time with our kids but we scroll aimlessly.
As we put our tech down we have more time, better sleep and less anxiety. We listen, watch and live more in the real world. So Sunday I write my blog and drop out from social media, more a family and listen to self growth books on Audible

MINIMALISM
What Is Minimalism?
The minimalism mindset encourages you to live simpler and enjoy life more. The philosophy here is “less is more.” I have been intrigued and applying the slowly this year. When you declutter the stuff around you, you have more time. Its not quantity but quality with the items you use regularly. Living simple is eco friendly, sustainable for your success.

PREPPING FOR SUCCESS
Take the Time to Set Weekly Goals & Favorite Foods
Sunday is the day I set my goals, review my week and what I got done, why I didn't how can I do better this week are the questions I ask. I take the time to prep extra plant based food and favorites to be easy go to. We need to be prepare if we don't set a goal its a dream. If we prep my favorite foods or batches of it to make it easy for temptation and time.
