Playing with workout routines and recording my workouts, enjoying trying new ways to show you what you can do with practice and being consistent. I like this time lapse video I think I will do more of them, one each week with a focus on balance and core.


Isometric & Resistance Workout in Table Position

In my home gym we use resistance bands all the time, I suggest to my clients to do work around the home with resistance bands on, why not multi task? In table position hold your leg up, knee first hold till you feel a shake and then pulse for 10 I do 3 sets
