Tips To Set Your Fitness Goals For A New Week

Every Monday I ask my clients to write down their morning routine and goals. I suggest to tape them to the bathroom mirror, refrigerator or somewhere you will see it all week. Here are some tips to be successful setting new health and wellness goals.
Wake up early: Make Time For You

Some people may think I’m crazy for waking up at 3 AM, but I’m training and working out with others by 5:am. Set your alarm for half an hour earlier, structure that time to do 3 things for yourself. Some suggestions would be
10 minutes of writing in a journal
10 minutes of meditation
10 minutes of stretching
10 minutes of reading a book.
10 minute workout
Write it Down:
A journal is a perfect place to write down your morning routines and goals. you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down. Some suggestions for your journal would be:
Write your goals and morning routines in your journal.
Find empowering saying and write them in your journal.
If you like to draw or want to doodle do it!
Write down things to do and to remember, to un clutter your head
Set a Plan:
Set a start date, tell your friend and family to keep you accountable. Sign up for classes with a friend or start a group at the gym to meet at a certain time. Start waking up earlier. Make a plan and work the steps out slowly, the plan will change for sure but start somewhere and make a plan

You have 1440 minutes in a day it’s time to make 30 or 60 minutes for yourself.
