My day starts at 3am, I get up and start my morning routine. This is so that I have the time to set myself up for the day ahead. So many people say they have no time, but this is how I make sure I do. Everyone’s morning routine looks different, I would love to know what yours is? Comment below and tell me!

Before I started my journey, I didn’t have a morning routine. I didn’t make the time for myself. But since I ‘woke up’ at 40, I’ve realised how important it is to take that time for myself. To take care of myself so I can take care of others. Self care isn’t selfish! Reading ‘Miracle Mornings’ was something which really started my morning routine journey- it’s a book I recommend to all my clients.
