You’ve decided you want to make a change in your life? Good for you! I did the same thing! At 40 I ‘woke up’ and wanted to transform my health. Here are some ways to keep yourself motivated and focused for the long term goals not just the short term goals.
Start documenting everything, take photos, measurements and write it all down. You will be able to see yourself progressing in a matter of no time.
You need a way to measure your success, its key to keep you motivated and focused. A wedding, vacation, birthday, event or illness in your life or your loved ones often become the drive for people to commit to change their health.
But now how do your stay committed, where do you begin? How do you STAY motivated by week 3 or by month 4? Start by documenting everything. Taking photos, measurements, and writing it down is essential.
How Do You Document Everything For your
1. Take photos of yourself ask other to take phones, take naked photos and save them to compare.

4. Start a Daily Journal - Write down your food choice or a good affirmation to keep you on track for the day. Start a Self Care Routine and keep yourself accountable in your journal
