More than 40% of our actions we perform each day are not deliberate decisions but often unconscious habit.

It is possible to change our habits by adding a new routine in place of the old one. Change the environment, cues and mindset.
By making small changes in your daily routine and staying consistent for 60-90 days you will create new habits.

Here are Some Example
-Finding new healthy clean favorite foods that replace your favorite processed "foods"
-Leaving water by your bed for the morning so you drink more water throughout the day.
-Leaving a pair of running shoes by the door for after work
-Setting up a space for your morning routine including stretching, meditation, journal writing and working out
