In the last day I have heard a handful of people say to me "at this point I will just wait till the New Year to get back on track" I think to myself if your waiting till New Years, it will be to late. Studies have shown that less than 25% of people actually stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, and only 8% accomplish their goals.
