Forward Friday: Weighing In on Your Fitness Goals & Gift of Wellness

Pay it Forward Friday: random kindness, gifts of wellness and local donations.

I started to theme each day of the week with a topic of interest to me. Giving Back and Paying it Forward is super important to me. I am a true believer and recently have been feeling the exchange more and more. So here are 3 reminders for the weekend and week to come.

Random Acts of Kindness: Do something unexpected, pay someone's tab or let someone take your place on line, contact someone you keep meaning to each day fut haven’t, write a not of appreciation to a loved one.

Gifts of Wellness: Buy Gift cards for your family and friends with health as a goal. From exercise equipment, new workout or classes from groupon to services like facials and massage.

Local Donations: I am a true believer of donating locally. In the past weeks I’ve cleaned out my cabinets and donated food to the local food pantry. I’ve also cleaned out my closet and donated my clothes to a woman shelter

Pushing Forward

Fridays I push myself and my health coach clients forward. I ask them for reflect and evaluate their week and get prep for the week. I keep them accountable checking in each day and I keep myself accountable with consistent habits and checklists…. Lol We chat by text or phone and I screenshot success
