The “Moment”: The “Moment” you realize that you need to do something different. For me it was at 40 standing in an airport gazing at a women who what 10+ yrs older then me, who was fit, looked healthy and happy while I stood there in constant pain, 40 lbs pounds over weight and unhappy.
What’s your “Moment”? Working with friends and clients I get to hear people’s “Moments” often its a health scare, or a cruise or a wedding that makes people stop and focus on them. Sometimes its an illness that is food related, or an injury that you are so tired of you think to yourself i have to try something new. Whatever the MOMENT listen to it…. Its the moments your eyes are open and you are ready for change. Don’t Lose The Moment 2019 CAN BE EPIC

Set Your Goals on Paper
Your Goals will change daily, weekly and monthly but you need goals to stay healthy and you need to write them down. A journal, calendar, piece of paper, write them down. We are think, say and wish for our New Years Resolution but its the motion you make to make things happen.
My “Start Date” is tomorrow! What’s Your for 2019?
Tomorrow I will finally be back to some kind of weekly routine and ready to add new habits and good routines. Back to clean eating, my weekly intermittent fast and my workouts and adding more healthy routines including stretching, meditating, using my calendar and journal writing.
Whats your “Start Date” if you don’t have one make one your health depends on it! And I am here to help you stay accountable, with support and guidance of how I did it. All you have to do is reach out and follow along. I am currently helping close to 30 friends and clients make better food choices, eliminate wheat, sugar and processed food, learn to intermittent fast and train with me though efficient workouts and learning to challenge yourself. Not through shakes or supplements, pills or substitute food products but by eating REAL Food, Learning about REAL Fitness By a Real Person so is just trying to help.
