This is my video blog explaining my journey from fat to fit. Five years ago I decided to make a change after I saw a woman 10-15 years older me Who looked fit happy and healthy And said to myself I want that!!!


I learned and researched what foods I should not eat which include, flour, sugar and processed foods. Soon after I heard about intermittent fasting and added a two day 500 cal fast to my week. I explain how I was able to eat minimal on my fasting to ease to feel satisfied. While changing my food choices and mindset I also needed to add activity, workouts, and stretching.
