Your “Moment” Make Time
What are your health goals this week? Every week we need to set new health goals for ourselves, otherwise we lose ourselves. At 40 I woke up and had my “moment” standing in an airport 40 lbs over weight and in constant pain I found myself gazing at a fit older woman who looked lean, young and happy, I knew my journey began then….
Find Alternative Food Choices
Each week each month and each year I learned about food, what makes us sick and fat. I taught myself ways to get around parties, out to dinner, new recipes, new shortcuts and tips. I learned to eat more REAL food, less chemicals. I researched the pros and cons, of every food I ate. I quickly realized food corporation are not interested in our health they are interested in keeping food on shelves longer to sell them with fillers, preservatives and chemicals, using processes to manipulate our food including GMOs, This is what is keeping Americans sick and fat because other countries STILL ban the chemicals and GMO seed in their country. I eliminate wheat, sugar, and processed food, and treat myself with my sausage pizza, ice cream and extra thick Reeses Peanut Butter Cups but once a week instead of daily like I use too.

There are too many people counting calories and not enough people counting chemicals
Perfect Your Fasting
When I added a combination of 5:2 and 16:8 intermittent fasting to my clean eating and 3 day workout I leaned up and dropped weight quicker. 5:2 is bases on days 16:8 based on hours. I find I use both and the health benefits are huge. My cholesterol went down, stomach issues and inflammation all settled down. Nothing wrong giving your body a break and living off the fat on your body for energy for the day. Id rather fast then be a hamster on a treadmill for cardio. Learn to Fast is not scary.
