Survey Says?
I am working with over 20 people daily either online, via text, or in person on food choices, fasting and working out.? Its always odd to me and very telling when I hear similar sentiments from different people. With the festivities of Thanksgiving settling I began to catch up with everyone. I kept hearing the same thing….The quote went something like this… I did cheat/treat for the holiday but I felt like crap/sick the next day.

AND THEN IT HAPPENS…you start craving it more…
While on vacation I definitely splurged, homemade ice cream every night, pumpkin cheese cake on Thanksgiving, a chocolate croissant OMGGGG… yum. Came home didn’t gain surprisingly but I did try yoga on the beach for the first time, and I was good with food choices otherwise…AND THEN IT HAPPENS…you start craving it more…
Toxins to Our Body
Sugar and flour are foods biologically we crave.?So Monday I was craving a gyro, Tuesday I wanted Pizza and Wednesday morning I wake up with swollen eyes, cranky back and I am aware of my knees as I climb the stairs. Why???? Because of the sugar and flour I introduced to in large amounts to my body, and since last week I vacationed I now have these toxins in my body for a week… I do feel like shit.
Flour? and sugar is used in everything! Pasta, bread, cookies, pretzels, pizza, pie crust after food companies strip the nutrition out of the wheat, they sell us processed foods that make us sick and fat. These toxins? are the cause of obesity, diabetes, cancer. Read Links
The definition of process food is deliberate change in a food that occurs before it?s available for us to eat.? No thank you… Why does my food need to change so it can sit on a shelf longer maybe for years? Are these changes happening in labs and have they been studies by scientists or people you pay off?? Creating new “foods” in labs and factories are better then seeds from the earth?
So What Do You Do?
Through the years of research and work that I did to learn about becoming fit and healthier, I learned that these “foods” were making me sick.? This is a moment to reflect and realize food is energy if you put crap in you feel like crap. You need to realize not only do you feel like crap but flour and sugar are harder for you to resist at the moment since you are craving more. I’m fasting today, and making better food choices, eat real food, drinking alot of water and stretching. You should do the same.
